Caregivers experience another side of the problem. They are often asked to walk into someone’s home, provide deeply personal care and carry significant responsibility.

We believe better home care begins by designing the system around the relationship between the client, family and caregiver. That is the kind of home care company Caringood is working to build.

About our care

What is non-medical home care?

It’s help with daily living rather than medical treatment: companionship, personal care like bathing and dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands and transportation to appointments. It suits someone who is safe at home with the right support.

Do you provide medical or nursing care?

No. Caringood provides non-medical home care only. We don’t provide nursing, medical or skilled care. Your loved one’s medical care stays with their own doctors and healthcare providers.

Is Caringood licensed?

Yes. Caringood is a licensed Home Care Organization in California (CA HCO #494700078). We’re locally owned, based in Santa Rosa, and BBB Accredited with an A rating.

How do you match a caregiver?

We consider your loved one’s care needs, preferences, personality, schedule, location and caregiver availability. The aim is a good fit, not simply whoever is free.
