Careers

You’re not just filling a shift

When you enter someone’s home as a caregiver, you become part of their daily life. Caringood wants caregivers to have the information, respect and support they need to do that work well.

What caregivers can expect from us

  • Meaningful client relationships

Whenever scheduling allows, we aim to keep caregivers with the same clients, so you can get to know the people you care for.

  • Clear expectations

You should understand the care plan and what is expected of you in each client’s home.

  • Communication

You should know who to contact and where to turn when something comes up.

  • Support

Caregivers do important work alone in a client’s home. Supporting you is part of supporting the client.

  • Respect

For the skill, care and responsibility this work takes.

  • Opportunities to grow

As Caringood grows, we want the caregivers who grow with us to grow too.

The work

Caringood provides non-medical home care: personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, errands and light housekeeping, in clients’ own homes.

We serve families across Sonoma, Napa and Marin counties and San Francisco, from our office in Santa Rosa.
